You must log into your mail account at least once every THREE WEEKS

PerfectlyPrivate is constantly working toward improving the our free encrypted email service that we offer our users. Over recent months PerfectlyPrivate has concentrated on developing means of rejecting the ever-increasing amount of spam sent to our user accounts.

A very large amount of the spam received and processed by the PerfectlyPrivate/Hush system is actually received by dormant accounts. We will be able to significantly reduce bandwidth, server load and storage requirements by regularly removing inactive accounts from the system. The bandwidth and server load will be reduced because spam addressed to non-existent accounts can be rejected before it is actually downloaded into our network. Storage requirements will be reduced because less spam will need to be stored.

Users of the free PerfectlyPrivate mail service must access their account regularly (at least once every three weeks) to remain active. Any account that has not been accessed for three weeks will be deleted permanently. This will allow us to greatly improve the level of service for active users on the PerfectlyPrivate/Hush system.
